My at home Wedding and Disneymoon Pre trip report!

So I'm looking at the idea of purchasing a Disney Photo Pass Photobook when we get home from the honeymoon if we have enough pictures that turn out. I really like the idea and i think it would be a great way to capture the honeymoon. I was just wondering if anyone has ordered it before and what their experience with it was. If anyone recommends buying it or wishes they wouldnt have. If you could let me know what you think that would be great!!

Also, We finalized a few more ADR's we made a lunch reservation at Coral Reef in Epcot. Anyone have any thoughts on that place?
We really wanted to eat at Le Cellier but it was completely booked all day pretty much the whole trip. We waited to long. Im a little bummed about it but I think it will be ok.
We also planned a Breakfast in AK at the Donald Breakfastsouras or whatever its called haha. I think that will be interesting thats the only character meal we booked.

Also I know this question really varies by person but we are trying to pin down how much spending money we should bring. :scratchin Keep in mind we are on the DDP so we wont really need money for food. Since its our honeymoon we would like a good amount of pictures and try and have some fun and romantic time. We will be there for 8 days. How much would you suggest we bring? Thanks for everyones help!

Congratulation! My fiance and I feel the same excitement you do for a Disney Honeymoon. But then we also feel the stress of planning the wedding. We have the same Wedding day as you do, 10/13. And have been trying to piece together a honeymoon. With her working full time, and so much going on with my extended family its getting hard to plan a Disney Honeymoon.

I actually sat down with AAA today between classes(Returning student, 26 yrs old), feel stupid sitting in a classroom with freshmen. But got some ideas down. Planned for a December honeymoon right before christmas, but her work nixed that plan. So goin back tomarrow to see if work will approve the honeymoon right after, 16th-22nd of October. We are picking the middle of the week to save on airline rates. Its a toss up right now where we are going to stay at the Swan or Port Orleans. Anyways, Have a great wedding and enjoy your honeymoon. I know my fiance and I are getting excited, so much to plan still, so little time. 6 weeks left, ugh. heh.

Cheers

Congratulations to you! You guys picked at great date!

Sorry to hear the dates arent working out very well. December would have been a nice time to go. At least if you guys can make it work the 16th-22nd it will be cheaper and less busy. Those both seem like really nice resorts, ive never stayed at either but I have done a lot of research on tons of resorts and those both look nice.

Well good luck with the wedding planning and good luck with the honeymoon! Everything will work out great! Tell me about how everything goes! :thumbsup2

6 weeks and counting!

Congratulations!! Great PJ so far and your dress is fantastic! The bridesmaid dresses are pretty and I have seen them in person! My DisneyMOON will be overlapping yours a little bit! We will be leaving from home on Oct. 21 and staying till the 28th! I am so excited. I still have to sit down and figure out our plans for while we are in Disney, but I gave us some free days incase we want to go to a water park or something while we are there!

It is great reading your PJ and keep up the great posting!

First of all congrats!

Of your ADR's I would reconsider Planet Hollywood.
It's all a matter of personal opinions of course, but I had orginally made a ADR for our arrival night on 10-19, and after reading a bit on the Dis, went to 1900 Park Faire instead.
I haven't eaten at Planet Hollywood in about 7 years, and I thought about giving it a shot, but I'll take everyone elses word for it.

Funny so many of us will be down there at the same time!
10-19/10-28

Wave if you see us!

Hi! First off, I love the dresses you chose! I had red dresses at my wedding too, and I just loved them.

I can't wait to read all about the wedding and the trip. As you noted on my Pre-TR, we should be there at the same time! I can't believe I've been counting down since January and it's so close now.

First off, congratulations!

Your plans looks great and you're on the way to an awesomely planned Disneymoon. For what it's worth, I noticed that you initially stated you and your DF don't care for seafood and then you recently posted that you got ADRs at Coral Reef. IMO, the Coral Reef menu is mainly seafood with a little bit of pasta, chicken, and beef. The atmosphere is awesome in there (and the main reason I try to dine there when I go) but you might find your selections limited if you don't care for seafood.

Everything else looks great and I can't wait to read more! popcorn::
