Hi there everyone I just wanted to take a quick minute to post my amazing experience with Apple Scooters that we rented for my grandmother for our trip this past December.
First of all their online reservation was very easy to use and we were able to rent a scooter that my grandmother felt she would be happiest with. She was able to see all of her options and prices and we made the best decision for our needs.
Second, they did not take payment until a week before our arrival. This was great, especially because everyone knows that sometimes things happen and plans (and unfortunately vacations) must change. Thankfully everything went smoothly.
When we arrived at our hotel, our scooter was waiting with bell services and the day we left the only thing we had to worry about was packing everything up and leaving it with them.
We actually called customer service twice during our trip, once because I was an idiot and did not know what I was doing--that would be one suggestion: user manuals to make it idiot-proof! The customer service was always excellent and they were very friendly.
The scooter itself worked perfectly, but you do have to stop for a mid-day charge! However, the parks will let you charge at guest relations and you can (sometimes) find an outlet--and I think with the burst of technology use they are adding more outlets for guest use!
We were very happy with our scooter and we will definitely be using them again!
