I made our ADR's for our first trip in 8 years and first trip with our twins. We're goiing in August, right before the current free dining promotion kicks in. I made the ADR's hoping that we'd get it but if we don't that's ok. I think we can be savvy about sharing meals and spreading them out. We'll be celebrating our
10th anniversary and DH's birthday while we are there. Here goes:

August 17
DHS -Hollywood & Vine Character Breakfast
POR- Boatwright's Dinner (Yeeha Bob show at River Roost after)
August 18
Poly- O'Hana Dinner
August 19
MK- Crystal Palace Character Breakfast
BC- Cape May Cafe Dinner
August 20
AK- Tusker House Character Breakfast
August 21
AKL- Jiko Dinner (possible dinner w/out kids)
August 22
MK- CRT Breakfast
BW- Flying Fish Cafe Dinner
August 23
Epcot- Tutti Italia Dinner
August 24
Epcot-Akershus Princess Breakfast
DTD- Raglan Road Dinner

We'll also be doing the following QS- Columbia Harbour House, Boulangerie Patisserie, Sunshine Seasons Food Fair, Wolfgang Puck Express, Flame Tree Barbecue, Earl of Sandwich, Ghirardelli's, and Sassagoula Food Court at POR.

Thanks for letting me share!

You've got made some great CS reservations and great choices for QS. I think this is the first thread where I didn't find a single restaurant choice/reservation from the person's line up that didn't have at least one that I thought was a bad choice. You've made great picks! Enjoy your anniversary and your DH's birthday!

Thanks! Most of them are new for us- H+V, Tusker House, Crystal Palace, Cape May, O'Hana, Raglan Road, WPE, Earl of Sandwich, Tutti Italia, CHH, and Flame Tree. I really checked the boards and reviews for the best recommendations. I was hoping Be Our Guest in MK would be open by our trip but we'll have to save that for a return. Part of the fun for us is having good meal experiences, it's not just running around to rides and attractions. In the August heat we'll need a good break in the day. The kids are character crazy so we'll get to see a lot at the character meals plus DH and I enjoy signature dining.

I agree with you that part of the experience is having good meal experiences. I just wanted to share that Tusker House for the Character Breakfast was one of our best characters breakfasts when we were in Disney. You and your kids will love it. Enjoy!
