We are going to be flying in mid day on Christmas day. Wanted to do Be our Guest either Christmas day or New years eve for dinner. I need to come up with a credit, which will probably come from switching brown derby to 50's cafe. It is just me and my wife going.

Just wanted to get some opinions on if I am missing any unique experiences. Also if we are going to be cutting it close with anything.

We are staying at POP and will be spending very little time there.

Here are my thoughts

Liberty Tree Tavern Time: 8:10 p.m. (looking to switch to Be Our Guest when available) I wouldn't eat dinner at LTT, but that's only because you can't get Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake at dinner. I would only do it for lunch. Be Our Guest would be great though if you can get it.

Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano Time: 12:00 p.m. (Fantasmic)
The Hollywood Brown Derby Time: 8:05 p.m. (looking to switch to 1 credit meal) We always do Mama Melrose for Fantasmic and love it. The food is decent, service can be slow. As for the Brown Derby, the salad and Grapefruit Cake are pretty good, but I think I would switch. You do something at BC or YC close by or even hop over to Epcot for something better.

San Angel Inn Time: 11:30 a.m.
Les Chefs de France Time: 5:00 p.m. (Candle Light Processional)Not much space between the meals here, though I understand with the cp reservation that there is probably not much of a choice. I haven't been to either restaurant, so I can't really comment on this.

The Crystal Palace Time: 8:05 a.m.
Liberty Tree Tavern Time: 1:35 p.m.
California Grill Time: 9:10 p.m. (fireworks)This looks perfect to me. You might not be super hungry at LTT or CG, but it looks like a good line up.

Saturday, December 29, 2012
Tusker House Restaurant Time: 8:05 a.m.
Sanaa Time: 1:15 p.m.
Yachtsman Steakhouse Time: 8:30 p.m.It is going to be very crowded the week you are there, so are you sure you will be finished with Animal Kingdom by 12:45 in order to leave for Sanaa? We love TH, but we haven't been to the others.

Sunday, December 30, 2012
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall Time: 8:35 a.m.
Le Cellier Steakhouse Time: 1:35 p.m.
Flying Fish Cafe Time: 7:30 p.m.Again, lots of food and short time between lunch and dinner. Just pace yourself at Breakfast and you should be good. I would consider making the flying fish later b/c you might not have time to finish everything you want at Epcot.

Cinderella's Royal Table Time: 8:10 a.m.
Tony's Town Square 7:50CRT is a good choice. Not sure about Tony's. Never been, but it gets mixed reviews.

That's all I got.

Here are my thoughts

That's all I got.

Thanks for the recommendations. My only comment would be after Sanaa we are planning to go back to animal kingdom. Basically there are no lunch spots at the park we like, so figured spend a 5-10 minute bus ride and get something different, then just ride back. Being Christmas week it has just been tough getting close to times I want.
