I hope everyone's weekend is going well. I went to our local kiddie amusement park with some friends and their 3 yr old daughter so I'm beat!!! It's finally starting to get warm in PA..it was 50 degrees when I got home a week ago! Not quite pool weather yet (for my new fl blood at least lol) but we still had a great time riding the rides and catching up!

I just posted on your CP TR and I'm excited to join this one. I think the educator job you have sounds fantastic. I'm thinking that people will sort of self-select-- those who are interested will spend time with you and those who won't will stay away. And people won't come in with super-high expectations that they might at BBB or a restaurant. I bet you'll have lots of really positive encounters. I'm eager to read about your training and your experiences.

We will be in WDW in late August and hope we can learn something about bugs from you!

I hope things are going well at WDW. I LOVE Casey's..not as much as Columbia Harbour House but they have awesome hot dogs..We'll have to go to the parks when I get my new ID..my old one expired on 5/16

Yay! I will love visitors! It will be so much easier to talk and say hi at AK than it was at BBB...I hope so at least. When I walked by the one station at AK (after u get off the train) they were just standing around so I hope I will have lots of time to talk and say hi! Thanks for reading again!

I'll let you know where the stations are located. They don't seem to be very well advertised..I'm not sure why? Thanks. I guess I'll have to repost pictures. Those were from a house that we were supposed to get but then we upgraded to the 5bedroom and the colors are a light tan, green, white which are really pretty, but are going to be hard to clean and keep up?!

A good friend of my DDs (they met during their CP) is finishing up his 2nd PI in two weeks and then starts his new full-time "real" job with Disney! He didn't start out thinking Disney career, but you never know what might happen!! I hope your PI turns out to be as wonderful as your CP was

What job is he going into? My dad wants me to wait a few months before finding some contacts to see about going full time in some sort of "good job" with all my hard work I've put into the CP and now the PI. I did not know you could do two PIs but I'm a college grad of a year and if I remember correctly, there were not many PIs for college grads, they were more towards those who have not graduated yet. I guess I'll have to look into that one more! Thanks for reading!

Hi Dis!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. I have been very busy. I went to the amusement park on Saturday and yesterday I spent the day in Ohio with my dad's family which was nice because I might not see any of them till I'm done in Jan.

Today is my familys "chill" day. My mom is cleaning in the kitchen (she just got herself new appliances for mother's day) and my dad is outside in the garden but it's going to rain sometime after 3 so we're planning on going to see the new Indiana Jones movie and having a cookout on the grill (we may have to pull the girll up to the door if its raining!) and the Pens game is on at 8 so of course we will all be glued to the TV.

As I'm getting closer and closer to heading back to FL, I have begun a list of things I would "like" to do when I get back to WDW.

As you all may know, as CMs we get wonderful discounts on many disney things (hotels, food, gift shops, shows, movies, etc.) I have put together my list of my dream things to do.

On my CP, I made the same sort of list. I guess you can say the number one thing on it was the castle suite since no amount of my money could get me there and well I fulfilled that wish so I guess the skys the limit right? To a certain degree of course! I must keep in mind I have to pay rent, have gas money, and food money.

On the PI will have about $30 less a week bc of my new rent (based on 40 hours a week). I will have to watch my spending more but I'm hoping that I can pick up some extra shifts at BBB to maybe cross some things off my list.

Here it is! If you think there is something out there Disney that is not on my list that you think I should totally do, I would LOVE to hear suggestions!!!

They are in no particular order..as of yet

1. See Cirque Du Solei at DTD (we get 50% off w/our Disney IDs)
2. Stay at GF, Beach Club/Yacht Club, OR AKL (either w/friends or family)
3. Attend the Food and Wine festival
4. Attend MVMSHP
5. Attend MVMCP and all other Xmas events at the parks
6. Eat at CRT (any meal will do)
7. Parasailing on Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon (behind the contemporary and WL)
8. See all of the parades from start to finish (I've seen all the fireworks shows from start to finish)
9. Eat at China and Norway (I'll have finally ate at all the countires throughout my Disney life!)
10. See Wishes from a new spot (I've seen it from in the park, behind the park, at Poly beach, Ohanas, CR, and Cali Grill).


Well..that is it for now! If you have any other suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

I thought I would share a cute story before I forget it. On my dads side of the family my oldest cousin (step cousin but we don't treat them like that) but she's married and has 3 kids ages 12, 5, and 3. They got to look at my pictures and were supposed to come see me in April but didn't decide till the last min and all my discount rooms were booked so they did not come and are planning to come in the fall..or sso the girls say lol.

The 3 year old has always been shy aside from the fact that we see them maybe 3 or 4 times a year. The 5 and 12 yr olds are very friendly around all the family. They all kept telling their mom and dad that they want to come see Megan at disney. It was towards the end of the day yesterday and the 3 year old came up to me and said, I'm going to disney with you now lets go. I ended up painting the 3 and 5 yr olds nails and they said they were at BBB (the 5 yr old has been before). Then before they left, they were walking around with my grandmas candle stick tool that puts the flame out (i dont know the name! lol) and they were saying "bibbidi bobbidi boo.." It was too cute!!! The 3 yr old even cried when they left bc she could not come to WDW with me and the 5 yr old told her mom that she was going with one of my other cousins bc she wants quality time with her and that her mom can go with dad and the other 2 girls....wow it was sooo funny!!!

I just thought that you all would like to hear it. I sure hope they make it down here this fall, they will be a hoot to walk around with!
