MVMCP with a (almost) 3 yr old?

Ok, here I go with my planning...

We were in WDW last year during the MNNSHP times but opted not to do the party because we thought DS wouldn't get much out of it. Same opinion for the xmas version? Is it worth the extra $$ if he's not going to get much out of it and if we don't stay to the end?

My kids enjoyed it both parties. The first party we went to was MNSSHP. The little ones were 3 and 18 months and they have been to MVMCP a couple of times. This last Dec they were 4 and 2.5 and had a blast. The parades are great and the kids love watching them. My littlest one can still do plenty of attraction. We havent always stayed til closing either but both our little ones had a great time and we had a great time with them. I would go and if you little one is not yet 3 then he is still free.
