I think tickets usually go on sale about May. So I guess that's when the dates will be out as well.

Here are last years dates to give you a clue when they might be this year:

November: 10, 11, 14, 16, 20, 21, 30, 2008

December: 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 2008
