We are also going for 13 November!
Yes, if you have time don't miss the GF, WL, YC & others, for the decorations! Gingerbread houses; carolers; miniature railroad train villages; giant, grand Christmas trees!
I love the piped in steel drum Christmas music at CBR--it reminds me of visiting when DS was young! I get excited just remembering the poinsettia 'Christmas trees' in the parks!
You can get your wristbands for MVMCP just about anywhere in the MK. In past years we have seen CMs about, you stand in line, show your MVMCP cards & they'll put on the wristband.
When you arrive in the park pick up an MVMCP schedule, it is similiar to the events schedule. You can get these when you first enter MK. Plan your evening. There will be many photo ops--don't pass them by even if you see a huge line--last year the line for family photos was a snaking mess--we thought we'd be there for HOURS but

there were plenty of photographers & we couldn't have waited anymore than 20 minutes, start to flash!

At the end of the night (we closed the park down

) it was a walk up, as were most of the rides
We really enjoyed the shows & as has been said, MVMCP Wishes! is spectacular--grab a viewing point early & don't forget the trees tend to fade into the night & will block your view.

I'll be sitting at a table about 1 hr & 15 minutes before the fireworks are scheduled to go off!
Hot cocoa & cookies lines--we got served very quickly, within 5 minutes. We noticed that there were quite a few very short lines & in all the hub bub of Cosmic Ray's--I don't know why folks don't notice, they just don't
Well, makes it easier for alert DISers!
I have to add, we've never been to a MVMCP on a Fri or Saturday night, nor for the last ones & this will be our 1st time at a first night MVMCP. We've gone to
one of the 1st events in late November & to the MVMCP in early December. We never thought there would be a MVMCP so early in the season, but we're pleased as punch to be going!
Yes, the parade is wonderful!
We'll be wearing our lime green Mickey Heads so say 'hello' if you see us!
