Does anyone know where I can find the scheduling of events at the MVMCP. We're thinking of going on 11/27 or 11/28. It's from 7-12; we have relatively young children (3 and 6) so we won't stay very late, but woudl consider paying and going if the kids coudl see the parade or the fireworks.

Any help woudl be appreciated.

Thanks. :)

First of all, I wanted to mention.....if you are not going to be at the park during the day, your MVMCP tickets would get you into the party at 4 pm.....even though it does not officially start until 7 pm.

I cannot find an official scehdule, but these tips might be helpful in the meantime:

1. There is a special holiday pin only sold Town Square Exposition Hall and Frontierland Trading Post each night beginning at 7pm.

2. The weather for each night's event calls for snow

3. Wrist bands are available at the turnstiles, Rose Garden and the Castle hub.

4. There is Christmas at the Fairytale Garden

5. Santa can be found at Exposition Hall 7pm till 12 am

6. There are 2 parades! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade is twice (catch the second one for less crowds).

7. Mickey's Twas the Night Before Christmas stage show happens upto 5 times in one evening at the Galaxy Forecourt Stage.

8. Celebrate the Season happens up to 3 times per night at the Castle Forecourt Stage.

9. The night Wishes show is specially tailored to the season!

10. There are special performances all over the park which Disney calls "Atmosphere Groups" ranging from banjo's to singing groups.

Hey! The kids (DS9, DD13) are still sleeping off the party, so here's quick rundown and some of our personal experiences. We had a great time!

Program:

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade:
Starts in Frontierland at 8:15 and 10:45PM

"Holiday Wishes - Celebrate the Spirit of the Season"
9:30PM (regular Wishes went off at 6:00PM)

Mickey's "Twas the Night Before Christmas" Show
7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:15, 11:15PM - Galaxy Palace Theater in Tomorrowland

"Celebrate the Season" Show
Castle Forecourt Stage 7:45, 10:15, 11:40PM

Character Dance Parties @ Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe and Fantasyland

“T’Was the Night Before Christmas” in Tomorrowland theater performed at 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:15 and 11:15 is the Clement Moore / Fred Waring story with Disney characters playing the main roles.

Dance Party is for any age - but really for little kids. They can dance with parents, characters, or by themselves to upbeat music with fun lights flashing etc. The kids love it!

Parades both began in Frontierland at 8:15 and 10:45. Regular Wishes Fireworks were held at 6:00 pm closing. The party special fireworks launched at 9:30 pm.

If you go to www.allearsnet.com you can find the schedules for the holidays at WDW. Not sure if there are specifics for MVMCP but it is a great site to look! I have not looked at it in a while so I hope it helps! The above suggestions are great also! Have fun!

The allears site is still not updated with the current events. What is stated is from 2005. None of the boards have yet to post the current events times. Bummer
