MVMCP- Is there a DVC Discount?

We will be attending our first MVMCP this year! Have there been discounts in the past like there is for MNSSHP?

Yes although I don't recall when they are posted. Last year, I bought my tickets as soon as they were available. Later, Disney released their "DVC discount" dates and of course, my date was on that list.

Yes, in past years, there have been DVC discounts for select nights.

Please note the "select nights". There may not be a discount available for the night you want to go.

Thanks! We are planning to go the first night, 11/8. If they give discounts the same as for MNSSHP, there should be a discount since it is early in the season.

There is generally not a discount on Tuesday or Friday!

We attended MVMCP the week after Thanksgiving, 2010 on Tuesday, 11/30. See TR link below for pics. Typically AP & DVC discounts are the same amount and for the same dates. As previously posted, the DVC/AP discount is not available for all dates. The prices (including tax) for 2010 were:

Purchase day of admission: Adult (10 & up) $63.85, Child (3-9) $57.46
Advance purchase: Adult $57.46, Child $51.07
AP/DVC discount: Adult $53.20, Child $46.81

In 2010, MVMCP was held on 19 nights -
Nov 8, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 28, 30
Dec 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, 19

The AP/DVC discount was not available on 7 nights - Dec 7 & 10-19. Tickets purchased in advance can be picked up at Will Call. Don't wait until the day of admission because this event has limited tickets and can sell out.
