MVMCP Dining Reservations: How Late?

How late can you make a dining reservation on a MVMCP night if you are not attending MVMCP? I know 7 pm is when they make people leave. We are trying to make the most of our Magic Kingdom day (we're attending MVMCP another night) and want to eat at LTT as late as possible before hopping to another park.

It used to be 7:00 pm. Last year I believe it varied by restaurant, but I think the latest was 6:30.

About right, I was thinking 6:20. It was the latest I saw last November. We did that one, but we had MVMCP tickets as well.
