MVMCP 12/9 Hall of Presidents Meet?

Read on the 12/9 thread mention of a Hall of Presidents Meet at 7 pm, but have not been able to find any other info..is this a DIS meet? Private or for all?

I'll try. I know that somebody was going to meet at the Hall of Presidents at 7PM for one of the MVMCPs. I'm just not certain which one. I have got to get better organized.
