Must See! Jody Daily Designed Parade in debutes in Tokoyo.

Kevin and Jody posted this on You Tube and I had to share. Jody designed all the floats for the new Happiness parade for Tokyo Disneyland and his floats and ride vehicles are AWESOME. I love the carousel horse Goofy is riding on and the Seahorses Lilo and Stitch are on. The video is 20 minutes, but it is a lot of fun to watch! The Alice in Wonderland section is sooooooooooo cute. Amazing costumes through the whole thing too. I hope they bring it to DHS. Or better yet, MK, it puts our 3pm parade to shame.

That parade was so pretty. I love the color scheme.

It does seem like the better parades are NOT at WDW. Maybe one day....LOL.

Great parade! Thanks for posting it. This is Tokyo? It sounded like songs were all in English and the words on the floats were in english also. Is that typical? Also, the crowd seemed more orderly and calmer than at WDW.

I was surprised the songs were in English too. It seemed though when the characters were saying things it was in Japanese. I was wondering about some of the things like the duckling in the shell and the Swan the princesses were riding. Those aren't usual Disney characters. I wonder if they are in Japan?

I noticed the crowds too. There were very calm. They were all just sitting and watching, they didn't even seem to be moving to the music. No one was standing either. No one had a child on their shoulders and no one seemed to be taping the parade with cell phones or ipads. It was kind of weird.

In Japan, all guests are instructed to sit during the shows as parades so that they do not impede on the viewing experience of others.

Also, the duck in the shell is from "The Ugly Duckling." I think he only appears in the parade.

The parade was beautiful. Kevin Kidney and Jody Daily should be so proud. They've outdone themselves. This would be so great stateside. Also, loved seeing Rabbit in the parade. He really doesn't get enough love. Anyone else think it was odd that the last float was for a cell phone provider?

Thanks so much for sharing the video. It was really fun to see! I loved the last three full floats-Winnie the Pooh, Minnie Carousel, and Mickey hot air balloon. Awesome.
