Finally after more than 2 week, I got the closing documents from the title company (Timeshare Title & More). My problem is that they asked me (the buyer) to notarize my signature on the docs. For me living in Italy it would be quite an inconvenience (long story). And that would add to the closing time, because at the moment I'm not at home (traveling for work) and I would loose at least another week to do so. I've read hero on disboards that only the seller must notarize the signature and googling it I've found other confirmations of this. So, why have they asked me to notarize the signature?
