Musical people!! Help!!

I joined the pit orchestra today, and our first rehearsal is tonight. As I'm looking over the music, I've noticed a rhythm I've never been able to remember how to play. XD Don't want to look like a total idiot tonight, so if someone could tell me how to count this in 4/4, you'd be really awesome.

Ok I play the tenor and alot sax

but you count it as one a
as in a dotted quarter attached to a sixteenth note

I play percussion - xylo, glock, tambourine, congas, etc.

I don't think rhythms vary from instrument from instrument, though.
