Where not staying in a preferred room, but what location should we ask for, are they rooms in the Jazz bldg redone?

Yep. The rooms in Jazz Inn were redone when the suites were put in. Consequently, though, there are now less standard rooms in those buildings so it can be difficult to get a room there.

We just got back from ASMu yesterday. We were in the Broadway building #8, which is a little further from Melody Hall and the main pool than the Jazz building but not so far as Country Fair. We had a nice, quiet room facing a treed area, so we didn't have either pool or parking lot noise. The room had been recently refurbished, too. We were very happy with that location.

I stayed in Broadway last time I was at All Star Music and loved it as well. I found the walk to the building quite nice, and it was so quiet back there! I'm hoping to wind up there again in a few weeks!

Last March, I was in the last section of Rock Inn at Music. It was rather quiet, even being around cheerleaders. We were facing this circular tree area. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, but I think it was some trees and a path for the disney ME luggage delivery.

Another Broadway fan here too! I didn't find the walk that far and I loved the location, it was just so cool. I think you're going to like ASMu, it's a great resort.

We will be staying at ASMU next month. We requested the Rock section, but mainly for the themeing.

I'm going to request the Rock section. We stayed there in 1995 when my kids were small. They're teens now and asked if we could stay in that section again in December.
