Music on Walt Disney World Specials

Not sure where to post this but something has always bugged me about the specials they show on TV (watching one right now).

Does anyone else notice that they never ever play any music from the shows or rides? First time i noticed was a Restaurant Impossible shot in epcot for the year they did the volunteer promotion. At the end they shot them watching illuminations and I found it odd that they played generic music.

These shows are produced by outside companies who presumably don't want to pay Disney royalties for using the actual music. So they use royalty free music instead.
