Music from AKL?

I just returned from an African safari and would like to put the music that they play at AKL into a DVD with our photos. Does anyone know where I can purchase the music? I really don't want to wait until my next visit to Disney.

If you do find the music please post here!! I asked them if they had a CD or something last time I was down there and they said no! I would love a copy of that music!

You can buy an AK park cd that has music with a very African feel to it, seems like that would work for your project. I believe the music at AKL comes from a big variety (i.e., dozens) of various cds that are not proprietary WDW music.

Not Disney but putamayo African playground cd makes me feel like I am at Akl.

You can find a nice list at Mousesavers.com. I have a large playlist that I have worked on for quite a while that I call Kidani Village. I started it from Mousesavers. Just type "Disney Music" in the search at the top of the home screen. They will give you a pretty good list. I also purchased the AK theme park CD from Amazon I believe. It is a really nice CD with more of a New age, african drum beat to it with nature music thrown in. My Kidani music is true African artists that is played around the resort. If anyone would like I would be happy to email them my Kidani List, just send PM me your email address. I would start with Mousesavers and build from there.

Most everything I purchased came from Itunes.
