Just back from using Murray Hill and an overall good report. Very prompt. picture taken, grocery stop included. Marie and John from the main office were very wonderful. Will definately use them again. Had a women name Terri on part of a trip and she was VERY annoying. If going I would definately request not to have her again...unless you want her life story...which I found a bit inappropriate. I did contact them and complain about her and they were very prompt in returning my emailing...dealing w/ the situation and offering a discount for a next trip...which really wouldn't have been necessary. Overall very good service and would recommend them...w/out Terri! Any questions please feel free to ask!

How was the second driver and do you remember their name? I have read so many good reports on this company and decided to book them ourselves for our trip. Was that woman telling you personal things or just babbling on and on? I don't think DS or DM wants to hear anything too personal from some stranger.

Her name was Terri...Can't remember the other name but I kind of figure she is a one of a kind type...I'd just be sure to request anyone but her.

We used them in Jan and they were GREAT. We are using them again in December. Cheapest and the grocery stop is at Publix, in case anyone wanted to know where it was. Free 30 min and really lax on the 30 min.

I just booked with them a couple of wks. ago for our Oct. trip. Since you made a complaint against Terri, I'm not going to worry if I get her or not. I would think she would try to contain herself now. Maybe I'll find out?

What are their R/T rates to CSR for 2 adults?

I noticed where you could rent a fridge/cooler for about $45( I think) for the whole stay, has anyone that's gone with them too advantage of that? Just wondering, I am going to book with them this week.

I saw they have strollers too, neat idea!
I just booked them for PC and it says it's $80 and I requested the booster, grocery stop and entrance pic. Thanks OP!
