Ok , I guess since we are arriving in the afternoon , we will do express first, could anyone just give me an idea of some of the stuff in the queue that i would need to know on the ride .
In the express queue, there is a stone sarcophagus. It vibrates if someone in the regular line places one hand on the canopic chest.
Also, if you look at all the posters and gags in the cage in the production part of the express line, you'll see several signs/notes that enhance the story...
In the regular queue there are several cool props in the production area. When you enter the 1931 temple, the first visible "toy" is the canopic chest. It has two hand prints on it. Place one hand on it and the evil from within causes a rumble and lights to flicker. Place a second hand (while the first remains on) and protection will appear from above (the Med-Jai).
-In the same room is a magic mirror. It shows those that have gone before you. Below it is a scarab with the eye of Horus on it. When the scarab turns blue, you can touch the scarab and send a blast of ancient air at those on the screen. Many do not expect it and will look around like "what the hell?" Others will scream.
-In the burial chamber, there is the golden key to the book of Amun-Re. It's a hologram, so many people don't try to grab it. Grab straight for it and it'll react by blasting you with ancient air and making the room go black. Plus Imhotep will laugh at you.
-There's a turnaround in the room where you can see a desk and go up some stairs. The turnaround has hieros that translate to "he who shall not be named" and have the symbol of Imhotep. If you get a chance, look at the desk. Those are the last writings of the archaeologists that were there before the curse got them...
-And only in the regular/singles line will you be able to see the huge statue of Anubis.
