Multiple reservations at Oga's?

I got 3 different times for our 10 day stay in mid-September. I figure the first time will be overwhelming and exciting and I'm going to want to go again once I've got my bearings, and for the same reason as you, it's a way into Galaxy's Edge! Who knows what's going to happen when those doors open and a reservation at LEAST gets me in! We aren't big drinkers and have a 4 year old so we're honestly going to blow like 20$ on a drink we may not enjoy just to jam out to some DJ tunes and take in the ambiance and that is totally ok with us!
Like I said earlier, I've got a 19 night stay and can't get a single reservation at all.
All I want is ONE!
We've got a toddler and an infant, the drinks sound super cool and my DH is a Star Wars fan.
I really wanted to get in for the drinks, not just to get into the land.
I really wish Disney would limit this to one ADR per reservation. It's so unfair to a lot of people.

...... And I didn't mention anywhere when we were going, it's more than likely MY reservations wouldn't help most who had a problem with my ADR methods.....
Actually, your signature has it, along with your thread:

So yes, you are going exactly when I will be there and I couldn't get 2 for Oga's. I'm curious if you added all 4 of your party to your ADR's? Which would be 12 spaces "held" and only using 4?

I swear I'm not out to get you, I'm just addressing what you wrote and keeping things honest. It's unrealistic to expect people to NOT be upset when the see people posting about their ADR hoarding, especially if it's the same time they're going and can't get ADR's. I've seen it many times over the years I've been here.

....I have reasons why this trip is special to US and why I am willing to make extra sure we have some special fun, but that's my business :)
This is my 30th wedding anniversary trip, so I completely understand trying to make it a special trip. I'm sure a lot of people have a special trip coming up also.

I’m curious as to why the times are listed as breakfast/lunch/dinner?

To those not in the know; they may well be expecting meals.

I have been trying all afternoon and there are absolutely no openings breakfast, lunch, or dinner for the entire week of Oct 5-12. 😕

I have NO idea how I got so lucky. I saw a blogger on instagram post about it around 10 am and that's when I got my 3 so maybe I got a head start? but it definitely sounds like people are booking and not realizing exactly WHAT they're booking so I would count on cancellations.

Disney is trying to use their existing ADR system for people to book literally being able to walk into the bar. They are expecting massive crowds in SWGE and Oga's will be very popular. Everyone wants to see it, but certainly won't be like walking up to Trader Sam's! Plus the fact that it is basically a guarantee to get into SWGE and Disney is using the ADR as crowd control/expectation/direction. I believe Disneyland had a limit of 45 minutes (?) for Oga's, so I would expect something similar. It's super popular if Disney is booking 45 minute blocks and lots of people still can't get in!

i Just happen to log in at around 11 am and saw a post. I was able to grab one for Ogs, Savi and Droid. But its only for 1 person and all on the same day. I just went in to try and see if there was a different time available for Ogs, but no go.

I truly hope you all that didn't get one, can manage. No one should hope for pixie dust, just a fair shot.

Yes , the confirmation says in big red letters... 45 minute limit

So if I have a reservation for o gas it gets me in, even if it's full ?

How will they make sure people doesn't go over there 45 minutes

I am also curious how this is going to work....I know at DL they had specific times you could be in the land; and if you were in past your time in the actual land, Storm Troopers escorted you out 🤣 kind of makes me want to over stay my welcome to get the boot lol!!

I think the ADR will get us a place in line - and I certainly expect that line to be long. Disney has to consider not only the 45 minutes in Oga's but then that flow of people into GE. I can see the crowd level in GE impacting the line for people with ADRs. Glad that I'm not going until November as I'm curious to see how this works.

When I get through to the page for Oga's there is no option to search..... anyone else having this problem? I can click on the calendar and it will tell me the operating hours for Oga's that day... but there is no blue box to search for a reservation. I have tried multiple times, logged in and out, via App and PC.... suspect there is nothing left for our vacation, but wanted to check just to be sure! Thx

Look at it this way...do you think Disney would implement a reservation system for a bar and then NOT let people in the land to get into the bar? Can you imagine the lines at customer service if that happens? Disney would have to comp something to everyone who had an ADR and didn't get let in. Part of the reason they're even doing this is for some type of crowd control and distribution. Especially because there aren't fp available, which they do use for crowd flow.

In the other thread on Oga's, I think it's something about dinner?.... someone talks about how Disneyland enforces the 45 minute time limit. The orders are time stamped and there is 2 drink minimum.

I checked every time during our trip 1/26-1/30 with all different party sizes from 2-6 and got absolutely no availability. Sad, but I tried. I may try again another day, but for now I have to assume we will not be doing this.

Missed it :( didn't realize until now that reservations were open for the next six months. Thought it was just for the previews :(

Oh well. Will just keep trying.

So bummed I didn't snag one... I got an error early on and by the time I made back through to December, all gone. Sigh.
