Mug filling area

is it possible to fill your personal water bottle at the All Star food courts without a rfid mug? Just water - not soda - I'm not trying to cheat the system just to get filtered water versus straight tap. I normally order in bottled but this is a short trip and solo so that would create waste.

Anyone know?

While it is fine to get all the water you want from the Beverage Stations,Coffee and Tea are on the "honor system" and should be purchased.

This is incorrect. Water is free but coffee and other beverages need to be purchased.
