If you have ressies for the near future on NWA 586, the one that is supposed to leave around 7:20am, you might want to check your schedule if NWA hasn't informed you yet.

Looks like the 7:20 flight is no more...the earliest non-stop leaves at 8:40am and gets in at 12:55pm. Not a giant change like the last one they tried to do, but if you have a rental car, it might affect your pick up time.

I check every day for price drops for my December dates and came across this.

Thanks for the info. We are leaving on Sept 30th and taking the #586. Orinigally it was scheduled to leave at 7:05 am and arrive in Orlando at 11:20. Now it is scheduled to leave at 7:31am and arrive in Orlando at 11:39am. Not much of a difference but I will be watching for any other changes.

That early flight seems to always go back and forth. They seem to never take it away but just change the times. Personally I like the 10:15 a.m. flight.

I've been taking 586 for years. NWA is really good about telling you flight changes as soon as they happen. It changed 1 time (for me) last year, where it really was dumped...the 10am flight was the first non-stop.

They did bring it back to within minutes of the same departure time I originally booked, but I wouldn't have known it if I hadn't been watching the schedule for it to come back.

It amazed me because that first flight is always booked full.

It always was booked when ever we took it. But in my growing years it is getting harder to get up that early so the 10 flight is now our favorite.

I just saw this thread and checked my flights. I'm still on for 7:31am on my flights in September. I was nervous to even look because I remember last year when they switched 586 and it did not leave until later. I was pleased to see when I booked these tickets that the times had been restored.

I have not flown NWA since I was a kid.... and then it was to Japan and Europe to see my dad in the military.

Just wanted to say hi to my fellow Minnesotans! What a nice day outside today! :wave2:

Hi,

did you all see that some NW MSP-MCO flights were under $200 today?
