MSG at 9 Dragons?

Does anyone know if they use MSG at Nine Dragons? My husband has an intolerance for it and I don't want to risk it. We've found even if you request "no MSG" most places still cook your food on/in the same pans and with the same utensils. I haven't been able to see anything on this in my research.

Call and ask. WDW is very accomodating with special requests, especially if it is a food sensitivity.
