MSG Allergies: Still a problem?

My friend, who is allergic to MSG, and I are headed to Disney World in January/February.

I have read articles and threads from 3+ years ago which give mixed signals on the use of MSG in food at Disney. Some claim that MSG is not served by Disney at all while others claim that MSG can be present in frozen/pre-packaged food served at the restaurants and parks.

I will be grateful to anyone who could clarify Disney's MSG policy/use!

I have MSG issues we just got back we don't do the dining plan and only ate at a few disney restaurants I asked and was told no at all of them. I didn't have any reaction so I think if I was you I would just ask
