MSEP/FoF FPP location

I'm getting conflicting info. Is the FPP location for these parades in Town Sq or in the hub by the castle? Last time I went, it was by the castle. I heard it was changed to Town Sq but some are saying it has been changed back to the hub and others are saying that it hasn't? TIA
