Please what time should we consider to look for a place to watch the parede?
We will be a amity of 4 with a double stroller.
Would the Casey corner and/or ice cream store be the best to watch the MSEP and all other night attractions?

If you're looking for a nice place to watch everything, I suggest somewhere between the front of the castle & caseys. You'll have to get spots early & have people defending them for at least an hour, probably more depending on your time of trip.

For msep, my personal favorite spot is over in Frontierland. We always watch the second, and less busy of the parades, they end in Frontierland so it's practically empty every time & there's more character interaction.

For fireworks, we like to watch from behind the castle, nowhere near as crowded & you don't have to fight your way in & out of the crowds to use the bathroom or get a drink.

We end up getting FP for the fire works at 8:30 pm.
Now I don't know we should keep it.
I am thinking that after the first parede will be insane to walk with a double stroller from casey's corner to the fire work FP area.
My kids and husband haven't been at Disney yet so watch the parede is a must.
I wish I could switch the fire work FP with the parede one.
The only time they show up is for the late one and I am afraid my kids would be sleeping already.
I still checking every day hoping we can change it but we never know.
