MS Hours

Does anyone know the current Member Services hours? I couldn't find it on the member website.

May need to change our January trip.

I just asked MS this yesterday --- 9-5:30, EST - every day.

Thanks - I will call them in the morning. Hoping we can get a little (or a LOT) of pixie dust and be able to add NYE to our Old Key West reservation!
