That ride is not at WDW.

It is only at Disneyland.

That was my absolute favorite ride as a kid - the one I remember queueing up for over and over. Wish it was still there!

I'm not sure I've ever heard the CMs say anything specific, but I'm guessing your friend is looking for the phrase, "We're merrily on our way to nowhere in particular."
