Mr. Gold's Store Front @ DHS

Does anyone know anything about a Mr. Gold's Pawn Shop store front at DHS? i have not read anything about it on the boards, or maybe i missed it, but it was announced at the end of this video starts at 36:03

does anyone have any pictures of this or any other information?

Yes!! Saw it on my recent trip and squealed like a teenager. It is at the end of New York St. In the Studios, left side. There are many cool things on display through the windows, and I don't want to spoil it for you, so I won't say anything more. I'm a huge fan of the show and he's my favorite character.

I think it would be really cool if they could turn this into an actual store somewhere in the park instead of just scenery.

I think it would be pretty popular, but I might be biased because I'm a big fan of the show and I work for a big chain of pawn shops lol.

that is so awesome! im super excited to see it in person in September! OUAT is a great show, im glad to see them pull a little bit of the show into the parks, i have to admit i was even excited when they put up the Once billboard in DHS!

Woooohoooooo!!!! So excited to see this! My girls LOVE OUAT and have been so bummed since they know the animation academy is closed and rumors are flying that One Man's Dream and Voyage of the little amermaid may also be shuttered when we arrive next month!!! This will be a wonderful surprise for them, particularly as one of them intends to dress as Dark Emma Swan for MNSSHP!!!!! Thank you for this tidbit!

It is very cool. Without giving much away, there are some items in there that were very fun to see in person (through the window). Probably replicas though.

In May, DH & I were sitting on the stoops nearby, having a snack and drinking our water, when I realized the sign that said "Mr. Gold Pawnbroker"---I think it was really cool of Disney to incorporate that kinda nifty stuff from Once Upon A Time, etc. It's sorta like seeing the Roger Rabbit stuff in DHS, it's fun! I love those creative Imagineers & their details.
