Mozilla/Disney Tech question

I use Mozilla, and since the new Disney and My Disney Experience have launched. I'm having a hard time getting the Disney site to run correctly through Mozilla. I'm getting worried if it will run well enough during my FP+ selections. My DH has cleared the cookies, and updated to current standards. Anyone else have a similar problem? Any other things to help fix it? He's using this as a reason to get a new router (the one he wants is over $100), but we have a good connection, I really don't think that's the reason. :confused3

Trying to avoid an unnecessary upgrade. But the clock is ticking, and 60 days out will be here before we know it.

TIA:flower3:

Have you tried a different browser? Download chrome and see if that works better.

I did mine with Firefox last night and had no problems... well, other than that it crashed on the Disney end of it.

I use Firefox 99% of the time. I had no problem using MDE to book and modify fastpasses for our trip this month. It's slow going sometimes, but I believe it is just high traffic on the Disney-end, not here. :)

I only have Internet Explorer on my computers because of Disney's inconsistent web sites. Sometimes they'll work just fine with Firefox or Chrome and other times they simply won't. Like today... I was able to log in but not load the Mom's Panel application in Chrome. I'd just get a blank page. But in IE it worked perfectly. Any time I'm doing something time-sensitive like ADRs or FP+ reservations on the Disney site I just use IE from the start.

Also use Firefox and made my reservation in May for July trip no problem Anything Disney is awful...I do not who they hire but they have the worst sites, buggy buggy buggy. I was on there today just to look at magic band info and look for my APs husbands not there we used it for a week in June...my AP is, it went into Disney cyber space. I gave up on doing the Magic Bands today.

I have had the same problems with Mozilla - all I get is a blank page. I have resorted to going back to IE for Disney, worked fine, no problems. :thumbsup2 And, I don't think the router is the problem - I have gotten the blank page at home and at work. :confused3
