Moving to Orlando-Area Suggestions

I have no clue where this thread would fit on the boards. But I'm wondering if someone could give any tips, recommendations, suggestions, etc. for someone who is looking into relocating to Orlando. Just looking for safe, affordable complexes or areas to look into that would be pet friendly as well, without being too far from the WDW.

I've heard there are areas near SeaWorld, Universal & parts of Kissimmee that are pretty good but nothing specific so far.

I live about 90 min west but have always said if I moved closer in, I'd probably look at towns like Winter Park, Clermont and a little farther north, Mount Dora. Check those places.

Seminole county on the north of Orlando is mostly good but if you want to be closer to the parks look at areas like Windermere and Dr.Phillips,but those can be on the pricey end.Also look at Clermont,Winter Garden and Hunters Creek.
