Moving from Resort to Resort

We are staying in Grand Californian resort, but we are moving to the Disneyland Hotel for the last night. Will they send our bags from the GC to DLH for me or would I just need to do it myself? I tried to find an answer but was not able to find it.

Any information would be appreciated.

I asked about this a couple of month's ago and the CM told me I would have to do it myself. You may want to call and verify it yourself.

You can always ask when you are there, you never know. You can always do a cab for a couple of $$.
