One of our favorites is "I think we're going in" from Twister (when they drive through the house).

We were driving to DLR one Sunday morning and there was a playhouse on the side of the freeway (really close to the carpool lane) and as we passed it, my DH said that line. I laughed so hard because my DH teases me about watching that movie too much. We have repeated it over and over since then, LOL.
