Movie Rewards and Movie Club

I recently ordered a Baby Einstein DVD from the disney movie club because it was listed as one of the dvds that was currently getting disney movie reward points. However, when the dvd came, there was no DMR code!!!
Is it worth writing to anyone to complain to try to get my points, and if so, any suggestions? I wasn't sure if I should take it up with the DMC or DMR...it was a buy one at regular price, get the rest 50% off, so I didn't pay that much for it, and I don't want to return it but I'd really like the DMR points!!!

On the FAQ on the disney movie rewards site they list the fax number, you just need to fax a copy of the receipt and UPC and they will email you a code, you can also email or mail the info to them....
