Last February I submitted a request for a $10 redemption (Target card) and they have never given it to me. The points are still sitting in "points pending redemption" and Bonnie Corso, CEO will not respond to my e-mails.

Has anyone else had problems with them?

They should be reported to GPTBoycott.Com, but it takes 10 reports to get them on the boycott list.

If you've been spurned by them, please take a moment to help protect other people who might check that site before signing up and wasting all that time for NOTHING.

Please share your stories here - good or bad. Maybe my request (and many e-mails) just slipped through the cracks.

Oh boy, I hate that site! I emailed Bonnie over 30 times when she didn't send my rewards ($20 of Target cards) for months on end. It was a different excuse every time with her- her car broke down and she couldn't get to the post office to send it out, her kids were sick, and the best one......"I sent it out to you a few months ago- you mean you didn't get it?" That last one was after repeated emails were not answered back, but were marked "read" by her.

It is now coming up on 2 years since I cashed out, and still have not seen my cards- she said that she had checked on the cards that she supposedly sent, and that they were already used, so she wouldn't send me another one. My gut feeling is that she had a little $20 shopping spree with my earnings. I am saddened that this dishonest site is still allowed to be up and running!

Looks like that story is from Dec 2004 though - not much bearing on 2008...
(and I'd have to assume it IS the same Bonnie Corso since they are both in Wrentham MA)
That really sucks if they really did take 10K worth of stuff besides the van. And refuse to give it back? That's illegal on the repo company's part to keep items that were in the van.

Sounds to me like she is trying to scam more than just the GPT site members. Who keeps "several" work computers and all of the christmas things in their vehicle. I have a van I couldn't carry 10,000 worth of items and my family in my van. I could even understand that she had her gifts in there (although my kids would dig through anything they saw in the vehicle alot quicker than something they found in a closet) but really, if you run a GPT why would your computers be in your vehicle. I think her whole story on both sides sounds completely outrageous and I think this GPT needs to be taken down if she has members who cashed out 2 years ago and didn't recieve their rewards. Tell me where to complain and I will help get it taken down.

It won't actually take the site down, but it will put her on a list that people can review before wasting time on her GPT site. (and it's a good site to bookmark to check before signing up witn any of the GPT sites!) They have a watch list (5 or more reports or problems) and a boycott list (10 or more reports of problems).
