Mousters or Ducktorate Degree?

Could someone explain the difference between the Mousters and Ducktorate degrees and how you get them? From what I know a Mousters is for when you've completed one of the collegiate or professional development classes and the Ducktorate requires you to attend a certain amount of other seminar type classes for CPs throughout the semester. Is that kinda right? Thanks!

The Ducktorate is for when you complete an ACE course (which has homework).

The Mousters is for the professional and exploration courses (which does not have homework).
