Mousercise 1982 Version..

I taught Preschoolfor several years... one of our favorite exercise times was to Mousercise 1982 original LP. I have recently been lucky enough to find and purchase the LP.. without the instruction book.. Anyone out there have any idea on where/how I can obtain a copy? My grandkids and I need to boogie with Mickey! haha

I have a mint, sealed copy of this album and the instruction book is inside. I will check some of my other sources and see if I can find another copy of the instruction book.

Oh! I remember when I was little and would wake up before everyone else in the house. "Mousercise" was one of my favorite things to watch in the mornings when The Disney Channel was a little more varied in its programming than it is now.

Thanks.. this is an earlier Mousercise.. it wasn't on tv but an album that I bought through preschool. I have a couple of the videos you're speaking of though..

I tell you.. I lost about 10 lbs doing this when I first started teaching preschool! and it's fun too.. my granddaughter and I are having a blast!
