MouseManager Program

I've been playing around with all three programs used to keep track of dvc points. Recently started to use MouseManager 1.1.2

My problem is it's suppose to track dvc points and says you don't have to download points for 1.1.2, but when I try to use the program for managing points it doesn't find the points, suggest I try to import the points and I don't see anywhere on the site to download points.

Anyone use this program who can offer help?
