Mousekeeter Certificate?

Hi Everyone! I'm hoping someone can help me! A while back I came across some Mousekeeter Certificates that someone created and personalized. Of course, now that I'm looking for them I can find them.

Can any one point me to them? Can they be printed and the name added later? Or do they need to be personalized with the name in advance?

If someone can point me to the link or to the Diser who created them I would be forever grateful!

Hmmm...I just tried printing one. The print came out all blurry. Any ideas how I can clean this up?

the certificate came from brendita - I will pm her and see if she has a biger version - I did enlarge her original

Seems like all the lines were a bit blurred.
