Mousekeeping Tips ???'s

Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me how much of a tip I should leave everyday for mousekeeping, we are staying at CSR the last week of August.

We never leave less than $1 per person, per day. More if we've been particularly messy or we've had them do extra for us. I leave tips on a daily basis because you don't always get the same mousekeeper.

I also agree with the previous posters. We always bring envelopes with us (one for each night) and put the tip in them. We leave the evelope each morning on top of the toilet seat cover with "Housekeeping" (or "Mousekeeping" if you prefer) written on it. I understand if the housekeeper doesn't understand that it is for her she will not take it (for obvious reasons).

I try to follow the $1 per day, but I leave more on the first day and if things are especially messy. I found that I got better service and extra towels when I did this. There have been days when I didn't have change, so I only left a couple of dollars. Lots of people don't leave anything, so every little bit helps.
