We have never been mid-day break people but we're taking a 17 & 18 year old & plan on using extended evening hours. If we would take a mid-day break & nap, would mousekeeping be able to change our bedding? We're going next week so I'm sure we'd be very sweaty...lol

First it really depends in what level of resort you are staying at. Deluxe resorts are scheduled for daily housekeeping. Moderate & Value housekeeping is normally every other day. For Deluxe resorts that get daily service your sheets are not changed daily by default.

During these housekeepers will empty trash, replace used towels, make the bed, wipe down counters, and replenish amenities like soap, and coffee.

If you require additional housekeeping amenities or have specific housekeeping requests, please visit the Front Desk or contact Housekeeping via your in-room phone. You also have the Hey Disney enabled Amazon Echo device where you may request housekeeping items to be dropped of at your room.

Mousekeeping very rarely changes the sheets so my guess is no. They change them once mid-week for a 7 night stay.

You are better to take a quick shower prior to napping.

THIS^ We get plenty of extra towels as we shower before bed - to keep the sheets clean, and if we were to do a mid day nap, we'd shower and change in to clean clothes.

They don't change the sheets when they do Housekeeping, vague memory of it happening every 4 days for some reason. In fact you are rather unlikely to get any housekeeping if you're doing a long afternoon break since they wrap up by like 5pm, Disney doesn't do evening housekeeping they just drop stuff off.

Also- you're all gonna want showers anyway. It's FL. In Summer. Two showers a day is not uncommon for those who take afternoon breaks. So, I'd actually be planning on asking for more towels so you have a second stash when you get back late that night.

And,in a pinch,we have been known to grab a few pool towels on occasion.

We generally ask for extra towels and washcloths first thing getting into our room so we have a stash. Pool towels definitely come in handy and we generally grab extra on our way back from the pool so we can use those to shower off from the pool visit. We tend to bring a "travel" blanket and use that to nap under, sleeping on top of our made up bed, even after cleaning up. I generally don't want to have a really long nap or I'm not sleeping well when it's time to crash at night. Don't know how my mom does it, but she can nap anywhere and for hours on end and still get 8-hrs in at night!
