Mousekeeping question

I should know this by now, but, we don't always pay attention to when we get mousekeeping. We are staying for 10 nights in a 2 bedroom and have family coming and going. I was hoping that we would have a full mousekeeping on the day one family leaves and the other comes in. If not, I would pay for the additional cleaning. If I call guest services will they be able to tell me exactly when we get full mousekeeping and when we get the trash and tidy?

When staying 8 nights or more, you get a full cleaning on the 4th day and a trash and towel on the 8th day (and count day of arrival as one, e.g., if you arrive on a Sunday, the full cleaning day is Wednesday). If all you want is a second cleaning day, the ideal one is your trash and towel day because if you order full cleaning for that day, they deduct the usual Trash & Towel price -- a full cleaning for a 2BR is $60, but if done on trash and towel day it is $35 because they deduct the trash and towel cost (we have done that often).

Note, you can ask to have the full cleaning day or trash and towel day moved but experience indicates that creates a high risk of housekeeping completely blowing it and missing your changed date.

Thank you. I did not know you can pay the difference between a trash and towel and the full cleaning. That would work for us.
