Mousekeeping included with cash(dvc discount) nights??

I really hate starting new threads but I have seen many cash night questions but none about mousekeeping during cash nights.

We are staying 7 nights, Sun-Thurs on points and the weekend we are paying cash with the discount.

Since they gave us two seperate confirmation numbers and letters, is the cash portion considered the same as if booked through CRO and hence include mousekeeping????

Does it make a difference if the ressies are linked?

We are calling Monday to move the ressie around, it will be arrive SAT(pay cash) then 5 weeknights on Points then FRIDAY night on cash. So it will end up being three seperate ressies linked together and if mousekeeping is included what days should we expect them?

We have had cash ressies at HHI, and they do NOT have maid service. Now I cannot speak for WDW resorts, but I know at HHI resort, since they are linked together (the ressies), there was no housekeeping services..

As already stated, you will not get daily housekeeping - even for the cash nights.It will be treated as one reservation.

If you had reserved your cash nights thru CRO, you would have had housekeeping for those days- but would also have the possibility of needing to move and since the cash days were your first and last day, you wouldn't even get housekeeping for those (if you did have to move). If they have truly linked your reservations together, plan on a Trash/Tidy service on your fourth day (count arrival as day 1).

Point reservations at other WDW resorts (booked thru MS) will have housekeeping service - that's part of the reason for the higher point costs for those accommodations versus staying at a DVC resort.
