Mouse wait app--free or purchase?

I can't figure out what's different, is the free one fine or is the paid one better? Thanks!

The MouseWait app I have was free. It's always trying to push games my way and has little flashing ads at the bottom, but I ignore them. The wait times are pretty accurate, so it's a good app to have.

The free is just as good as the pay version. Some even say it has fewer software glitches.
