I have always quite fancied going to Florida and travelling around in a motorhome.
Has anyone ever done this?
I'd like to hear some comments and find out the pros and cons.
Is it expensive to go to Fort Wilderness per night?
Is it safe?

I know this is slightly off on a tangent but we looked into doing an east coast-west coast motorhome trip instead of florida so we could take in Cedar Point, Paramount Parks etc etc but when we did the sums it was quite prohibitive.

The cost was highly inflated by a different state vehicle drop off and also the daily motorhome hire was about $80 I think.

For a small-ish area such as Florida i would get a good hire vehicle and spend the $80 per night on a 2 or 3 centre lux villa provision or something similar JMHO
