Mothers Day!! What to do??

We are going to be in DW May 11th to May 19th and I need some ideas for mothers day??? I will be with my wife, her mom and her sister. I was thinking epcot buffet, but is it too crowded? I don't know if that would be too relaxing for the moms. I was thinking my father-in-law would take the kids and send the moms to a spa. Any suggestions????

We were at EPCOT on mothers day a few years ago, didn't attend the buffet, but the park itself was not very crowded, they also were taking free mother's day photos near Le Cellar.

I think my perfect mom's day at wdw would start with breakfast in bed delivered and shared with the kids, then chaufered off to SSR Spa to spend some time with just mom and sis for a relaxing massage, a dip in the hot tub and a detoxing steam. Then back to play with the family either in the parks, a waterpark or the pool. And enjoy either a nice lunch or dinner with the whole gang.
