I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your trip report. Disney is magical anytime but even more so when you see it through a child's eyes. I've been on the four day cruise 6 years ago with a large extended family (we had 20 people) and we all loved every minute of it. You've made me even more excited for my cruise on the Wonder - oh yeah, it starts on Sunday!!!

i loved your report i've been asking alot of the same questions and i was used to seeing your signature, so i'm sooo glad you wrote this,
so your emotional big deal,
we r the ones that will be staying in your new home(6092) for the May 6/07 trip, we will take good care of it,
did you wear just a vest or the big long body suit for the dolphin? and how much was the bbc or the bar bill, did you pay for the drinks each time, just wondering, do you think if you reqested a nice table for 2 you would have had a better time at dinner? thanks soo much for the everyday cake order, i somehow missed that tip..i know my ds8 will be as happy as your maddie..i'm a cryer too, and miss the days when he got a first glance of the castle, he of course is tooo big now, now he's a TOT kid and not a winnie the pooh kid.

Thank you so much for your reports. I can't wait for my Mom/DS trip this coming November, and I'm sure I'll be blubbering the whole time as well. Heck... I even cry at planning videos!

Maddie sounds like the female version of my DS when he was that age (except he didn't dance as much). Very spirited... now that he's entering the twilight zone of adolescence, I'll be very glad to have the verandah to step out onto when he gets on my nerves, and I'll be remembering your saying how good it was to have it.

Thanks for such a fun trip report. Enjoy your daughter. My boys are going off to college next week. i am sure going to miss them. My DH and I are going in three weeks on our first kid less cruise. I hope we have fun and not miss the kids too much.

SO slammed right now....it may be the weekend before I get to finish the report BUT the graduation....

The kids club has a special Disney Sea University Graduation for all the kids who wish to participate. They wear (and yes, get to keep ) a Disney Sea U T-shirt, and a very nice Disney Sea U grad hat complete with Mickey ears. It is one the last day of the cruise at 4:45 and the kids will need to be in the club by 4:15 that afternoon to prepare. The graduation is held in the Walt Disney Theater and Mickey and Minnie do appear on stage with them.

I thought it was nicely done and very cute. Maddie was thrilled she did it this time!

I hope your boys have a ball!! If you can - find out ahead of time which side of the stage they will be walking down so you will be sure to actually SEE them. There are 100's of kids all looking alike so it's hard to find yours in the sea of Mickey T's and ears.

Kelly, I have got to say this is one of the best trip reports I have read. I even cried a few times. You are so descriptive, did you keep a journal and write in it every night? If not, you have a great memory! I am also a single mom taking a mother/daughter cruise in September. My DD7 is also a dancer and I love photography (and talk through clenched teeth often), so I TOTALLY can relate! I am going to read this report to her - she will love it! Like we need more excitement! Looking forward to reading your last day's installment.

Kelly- A few posts back you mentioned that the snorkel set you brought for Maddie could not be used at CC. Why was that? I don't want to spend money on a set that can't be used on our cruise.

no kidding I wish I could turn back in time my daughter is now 20 years old to do a trip like this what great memory , and the surprises from think what a nice idea .
I really think she'll remember this always , your time together , happy times , winning the dance contest , everything .
No wonder she still points out to you were you were last week and what you were both doing

loved your trip report... I don't have any kids, but it's fun seeing it from a mom's perspective. I can't wait to take my own kids on a Disney cruise someday.
