We got up EARLY this day... DD wore her princess dress and her crown from BBB on our last trip. We were the first ones at MK and the first ones into the park. We got pics taken with no one in them and then we were the first ones to check into CRT.
They brought just me and DD into the castle and put a rope up behind us to keep everyone else out. A CM brought out a sticker for DD that said "Honorary Princess of the Day". DD was SO excited but I think I was MORE excited.. lol. We were brought around the wall to where Cinderella was waiting for us to take pictures. Then we went upstairs and we were seated by the windows overlooking Fantasyland. It was perfect.
Our waiter brought this out for us:
Everything was delish. We ordered off the menu. I had been here for breakfast a year prior with my son but the menu was very limited at that time. I had stuffed french toast which was very good but I was very excited to see the Lobster & Crab Crepes on the menu. Lobster for breakfast? How can you go wrong with that?
They brought out a wand for DD and did the wishing ceremony. The princesses came out one by one. Our food arrived and we dug in.
DD's was a pretty simple plate with scrambled eggs, french toast sticks and bacon. While it doesn't look like much, this was perfect for DD. She doesn't eat much at mealtime but she was happy with this.
Mine was just amazing. I loved it. It was so flavorful and yummy. I finished it all and I don't think I could've eaten another bite. The waiter commented on how small the dishes are and he said they should give you more since you pay so much but honestly, I thought it was perfect.
At the end of our meal the waiter brought out a cupcake with a candle in it for DD.
While it was nice and all, I just don't get what they're thinking... ORANGE frosting!? for a princess!? Could they not get pink or white? I just didn't get the orange and it made for some awful messy pictures of DD trying to eat it.
It was a great meal once again (the third time I've eaten in the castle) and while everyone seems to say it's not worth it... I think it IS worth it. I love it and will be back!
