Do any of you super creative dis-ers out there have any costume ideas for my daughter (6) and I for the MNSSHP? I'm having a hard time coming up with any ideas, partly because we will be there in Sept when it will likely be very hot.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!:listen: Thank you!!!

Wilderness Explorers. Easy costume to put together, cute, and is comfortable in hot September. (My DD12 and I are doing this in October.) :thumbsup2

I would start with your daughter's favorite character and come up with something from that. Since I don't know your favorites I'll just tell you what we were thinking of doing. How about Alice and the Queen of Hearts.....
Tigerlilly and Tinkerbell or Wendy..... Jessie and Bo Peep or Barbie ....... You could both be pirates or Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck

I've seen a lot of these costumes in short sleeves, perfect for hot weather.

We bought our daughter a shirt from Target that has Figaro on it. She is going to have cat ears and a tail with painted on whiskers. I also bought her a black skirt to go with it. I will be Minnie :) Trying to get my husband to be Mickey now .

Thanks for all of the ideas. I think we are both going to go as our fav princesses. :) I found a bright yellow skirt at old navy and a blue tank top... With a few modifications I hope to look like a modern day snow white. Wish me luck:wizard:

(my daughter is still deciding)

I was going to say Merida and her mother, but it looks like you have an idea picked already!
